HKA had 3 fighters up

Ewan Speer had a tough fight that turned into a very heavy light con fight. Both men being warned for power many times. A Tough match but Ewan didn't quite do enough to with the fight.

Millie Sarton stepped into the ring for just her second fight. From the first kick millie set the pace and dominated the fight. After 30 seconds she was asked to back off the power as her girl was struggling. (Which Millie kindly did reducing her power down to around 10%). So we started to work a few more different shots and testing if Millie could follow instruction whilst mid fight.
After the second round the other girl retired after taking a few kicks to the head. Millie has only had 2 fights but is set for a big future I'm certain.

Last up was Katie Bonnet it took Katie the first round to find her feet and build her confidence after losing the first round! Katie had a strong talking to in the corner she came out a different person in the second and third round. In a very close match and all Judges and ref agreed that Katie was the winner.

Stacey Lea Cooper came up to support the guys. But sadly we could find her a match on the day.

Instructor Carl Denne "I'm Incredibly proud of our team today. 1 loss and 2 strong wins I Couldn't ask for much better. These guys always train hard together and work so well as a team. They are a joy to be a big part of my family and we spend many weekends traveling the country in the sport they love"
