What a busy and action packed evening last night……..
First up was Millee Sarton, in her first 5 round title fight, and although it was close match in an evenly fought contest, evenly matched for 5 rounds Millee just didn’t do enough work and it went the other way! Im sure she we learn from this and will only make her more determined and thirsty for more.
Next up Dan Wright in an amazing fight, even after being kicked in the groin 3/4 times, managed to suck it up and put in the performance of his life,This was Dan’s first win and i’m extremely proud of him. He has always has tough fights and last night all the hard work and extra training has paid off.
Nathan Smith VS Jermaine Robinson for Start.
Nathan was on top for most of the first round, Only to be levelled by a Spinning back fist, Making it a 10/8 to Jam.
Nathan managed to get back up and finish the round, Only to battle on and win the next 2 rounds, making the final score. 28/28… Draw……….
Last up Was Carrie Cooper in a Split Decision.
all 4 rounds the girls basically stood in the middle of the ring and took chunks out of each other, Neither wanted to give in and or move from he centre of the ring. It could of gone either way and both Malcolm and Pete both said it was one of the best fights and either way it goes someone is going to feel gutted…
Regina is a very experienced and strong lady and gave Carrie a war we expected, Really happy with how she performed this evening, and again will learn and grow form this fight.
