Hastings Kickboxing Academy is moving to a NEW location.
Our first class will be held Monday 2nd September.
Working along side Mick’s Body Sculpture, @ Ivy House industrial estate off The Ridge, Hastings.
So much happening right now but more details to follow.
First new class being added when we move is;
Tots Kickboxing
Start them young and change their life for ever!
HKA TOTS has been brought into the class time table by demand as many parents ask us to help their children even at this young age.
The class will teach your youngsters the basics in life and by this we mean; Help them learn the difference between right and wrong, left and right, along with discipline respect and following direction when given.
HKA works with many schools in the area where we are recognising there are more and more children with the lack of basic motor skills such as hand eye co-ordination and knowing their left from right. In what we know as the new ipad age of children that we are working with on a daily basis.
So bring your son or daughter along for a FREE trial lesson at our brand new facility throughout September.
This class is taught by 2nd dan black belt Carl Denne and head coach Jennifer. Between these two instructors they have over 40 years of martial arts experience. Along with being parents to two young girls they also understand the importance of this class and how it can help improve life quality from a very young age. Both hold current full CRBs.
