A nice chilled out Light con show at TKO last weekend.
Although we have a big team sadly we could only match Riley Davis and Abigail Jordan. Super Riley was up first and awesome this morning, Controlled, listening and showed a perfect little performance wining his second fight! And HKA fighter of the year 2018.
Next up was Abi in her first ever bout. The girl she was fighting (Mollie) had already had a hard match early on didn’t want to fight again, but she was slowly and nicely coached back into the ring. no-one really learns if they are scared or take a beating, So we started off really light letting her fight her feet so we could get a few rounds in giving away he first round. Stepping it up the second for a draw and winning the last round, finishing off with a draw.
I’m extremely proud of these two monkeys, controlled, kind, thoughtful to other fighters, showed some great technic, listening to all mine and jenny’s instructions and pulled them off to a T, an instructors dream!
Even the ref said “WOW he listen’s and does what you tell him! Make sure you keep him”
